WHAT TO DO,TO STAY ENERGETIC AND MOTIVATED AS A TEACHER

I am sure that you all hear that comments “Oh! You are a teacher! How nice. You have holidays. And you care little cuties.”

I want to say those people that “HAVE YOU EVER TRIED IT?” Have you ever tried to be a teacher, to wake up early, to have your breakfast with coffee, a hard coffee, to answer questions in 40 minutes, literally MANY , to sleep with many ideas in mind about lessons. And many things that I cannot remember now! Is it easy? OF COURSE NO!

So, to stay energetic and healthy we have to do more than drinking a coffee at morning!

First, everyone knows that having breakfast is important as gold. We all say that “Children, breakfast is important. Eat well” But sometimes we forget even to eat in that rush. DO NOT DO THIS! To be energetic through the day, you should have a great breakfast.

If you are the one who says “I cannot have breakfast at morning. I don’t have time /I do not like” , you should try to eat some food which you can eat on the hoof. For example;bananas, almonds or apples. Bananas  and almonds make full your stomach and surely gives you energy. Apples have antacid feature. So it makes relax your stomach.

Don’t forget protein
Not consuming enough protein during the day can be a primary reason for fatigue. Protein-based foods provide the body with fuel to repair and build tissues. Protein takes longer than carbohydrates to break down in the body, providing a longer-lasting energy source. You can find protein in poultry, fish, lean red meat, nuts, milk, yogurt, eggs, yogurt, cheese and tofu. TAKEN BY
Good Green Juice
Instead of reaching for a coffee in the morning, green juice can suffice as a healthy alternative. According to Judita Wignall, author of “Going Raw,” green juice contains lots of leafy goodness with chlorophyll that helps oxygenate your blood, making your brain sharper and increasing energy. Use a juicer to press some cucumber, celery, kale, spinach, parsley and lemon. For a zesty finish, add a little ginger. Pour into a tall glass with some ice and garnish with a slice of cucumber. After drinking this concoction, you’ll find yourself more alert and ready to take on the day.
